Mr. Sudhir Chandra Goenka is the pioneer of Goenka Inc; a diversified business conglomerate. Being born in a family of Tea Estates (Dilaram Tea Estate. Springsite Tea Estate & a few more) and Plywood business (Kitply Industries Ltd & Himalayan Plywood Industry) he developed a keen sense of Business Management very early in life. He also proved himself to be an extremely innovative person when he set up a Spinning Process Mill at Rajpipla and a Synthetic Process House in Vapi for Gujarat Spinning Ltd and Sudarshan Silk Mills Limited. His leadership qualities were quite evident from the time he was old enough to start going to the office and he kept collecting appreciations, acknowledgements and accolades as he climbed the ladder of success, with a rare feat of ease and confidence
